To put it straight, I was pretty much downcast earlier today
When you get distracted by the first thing and can't do well for the second, the effects worsen.
Down in the dark, I decided to do 2.7km and it pretty much gave me an adrenaline rush. & I decided to post happy photos of friday (before I got a blister on my foot and still wore court shoes to holland v Hahaha)

I am okay now, back to life :D
