thanks forester for trying to cheer me up, I am not in an emo mode, just thinking alot. & sometimes I really think that I should stop thinking. HAHAHAHA.


People step in and out of our lives all the time. However, some people leave a stronger imprint in our lives than others. When these people leave, sometimes during those quite moments, you'll feel that their presence still lingers in the air. It's not the errie feeling but something familiar, someone close to your heart. & all these while, I've been thinking of one friend, a friend that's not around me now, a friend that would probably not be around for quite a while.

Reminiscence, as they call it. I thought of the times we spent together, I haven't forgotten the late night msn chats, I remembered the day when I was told that you had to go, I recalled how I felt when I thought you had changed, but now that we're still talking, occassionally that is, I think things are still the same. Maybe it's because we weren't really that close to begin with, but that may actually be a good thing.

Probably we were never meant to be, that is. However forgetting a friend like you is hard, well at least for now.

That being said, I was really glad to be able to do closing shift today because the feeling is totally different. The pace of work was slow, customers were less demanding & there was definitely greater room for better service. & customers' satisfaction is also something that I enjoy from where I am working now(:

But more importantly is the feeling of the old days, where Dad mum and I would sit at coffee houses after dinner having cakes and hot drinks. Those were the times where fatigue & work have not seeped in, & those were the days when I didn't actually have so many things to think about. Although I still can't get used to working with W but I guess the soft music & late night breeze was a refreshing change from my nano blasting through the busy city crowd.
