wenfu, i've relinked already.

i've got pictures but im too lazy to post.my hands are aching like nobody's business. I've just successfully shifted this huge pile of stuff out of my locker and all the way home, all in a single "A4 Paper One" box ms sathi gave me.thanks(: it comprised of chemistryphysicssocialstudies chinesebiologyenglish files and books and pieces of paper.this is nanhua's locker clearing day.yuck.okay i wanna sleep NOW:D
Speaking of my journey home, I popped by macs for a burger, my late lunch. There was this screen in macs which broadcasts various SMS-es sent in by members of the public, of which a majority being teenagers. Out of say ten I read, two were in accpetable english and the other eight were somewhat "eii lubbsyew oways" excluding "cus it prolly..".
Im not at all against people who type like this but coming to think of it, eight out of ten is a really high percentage. I have to agree that in SMSes or MSN we would probably use short forms [eg. tgtr, b4]to save time and space, or we may even turn to using slangs but is there a true need for such a 'creative' way of typing? Or rather if it's to our advantage in the first place? I guess that's something I've yet to understand.
